Works with AfriX Pay
Your everyday spending lives in AfriX Pay — same ledger, same KYC. Move money between bank account and wallet instantly, free, forever.
Business · in build
African SMEs run on spreadsheets, mobile money and patience. AfriX gives a trading company in Kampala what a startup in London takes for granted — accounts that work like software.
How it's licensed
AfriX is a financial technology company — we don't hold your deposits, and we won't pretend to. In every country we operate, your money sits at a regulated local bank. You get the experience a bank never built; the license, supervision and deposit protection stay where the law puts them.
Customer funds sit in segregated accounts at the partner bank — never on AfriX's balance sheet. If AfriX disappeared tomorrow, your money wouldn't.
Every movement is a double-entry record that can't be edited or deleted — by anyone, including us. Your balance is the sum of an auditable history.
Compliance isn't a retrofit. Each market launches under its own central-bank framework, with the partner institution named publicly before we take a shilling.
